You can reach the Unapproachable East - Thesk chatroom with any irc client simply connecting to irc.darkmyst.org and joining the #UET channel. Alternatively you can use the Darkmyst.org WebChat to join the UET channel. To do so, fill the following input string with the nickname you want to use and click on "Login"
